Madison Buyer Cruiser Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am Pacific Time on August 17, 2010 and ends at 5:00 pm Pacific Time on August 19, 2010.

OFFICIAL RULES
DESCRIPTION: Madison Buyer LLC (“Madison Buyer”) announces a promotional giveaway for verifiable retailers, press, and exhibitors of POOLTRADESHOW. Madison Buyer will be giving away two new Electra Cruiser (Custom) 1 Bikes (the “Prize”) – one to a verifiable retailer or press person, and one to a POOLTRADESHOW exhibitor. Verifiable retailers and press may enter the giveaway by providing their name and contact information, along with the name of their favorite POOLTRADESHOW exhibitor. The retailer (or press person) will then be entered as a “pair” with their favorite exhibitor. POOLTRADESHOW exhibitors will also have a limited number of tickets, with their name on the entry to hand out to their favorite retailers and/or press. Entry tickets must be filled completely. One ticket will be pulled – the named retailer (or press person) and the named exhibitor on the winning ticket will each receive one Electra Cruiser 1 Bike (approximate retail value $279 each).
ELIGIBILITY: The Madison Buyer Cruiser Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to verifiable retailers, press, and exhibitors of POOLTRADESHOW. Entrants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Do not enter this giveaway if you are not located in the United States. No purchase necessary to enter, play or win. Employees of MadisonBuyer.com, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Giveaway, as well as the immediate family members and household members of each such employee, or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, co-sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the Prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entrants will have the opportunity to win one of two Electra Cruiser (Custom) 1 Bikes – one to a verifiable retailer or press person, and one to a POOLTRADESHOW exhibitor. Verifiable retailers and press may enter by i) stopping by the Madison Buyer table at POOLTRADESHOW and filling out an entry ticket and/or ii) getting picked as a favorite retailer by a POOLTRADESHOW exhibitor. (Exhibitors will have a limited number of tickets with their own name on the entry to hand out to retailers and/or press) and/or iii) mailing the following information on a blank sheet of paper or business card – Name, Business Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Favorite POOLTRADESHOW designer. One entry per envelope. Entries must be mailed to: Madison Buyer Cruiser Sweepstakes, c/o Madison Buyer LLC, 10624 S. Eastern Ave, Suite A-968, Las Vegas, NV 89052. Entries must be received by 5pm PST August 19, 2010. All sweepstakes entries must be filled completely and will become the property of Madison Buyer and will not be returned.
PRIZE: Retail value of each Electra Cruiser (Custom) Bike 1 is valued at approximately $299. Bike on display will be dismantled and awarded to winning retailer or press person “as is”. It is a Ladies Electra Women’s Cruiser Custom 1 valued at approximately $299. Should the winning exhibitor request a Mens bike, they will receive a Mens Electra Cruiser 1 valued at approximately $279. (Electra Cruiser Custom 1s are a womens line) Madison Buyer will not replace any lost, damaged, mutilated, or stolen Prizes. Madison Buyer reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize. Madison Buyer will comply with all income tax reporting obligations.
HOW TO WIN: Odds of winning are based on eligible number of entries received. One entry ticket will be randomly drawn, showing 2 winners–a retailer or press person, and a POOLTRADESHOW exhibitor. In the event that the original retailer or press winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, the entire entry form, including named exhibitor, is forfeited. Madison Buyer will draw for an alternate. Process will continue until the Prize is awarded.
Drawing will be held on August 20, 2010. Winners will be announced at www.madisonbuyer.com/blog. Retailer or press winner will be notified by email and/or phone. Winning exhibitor will be notified by email of record with POOLTRADESHOW. Both winners must contact us back within 14 days of notification. If both winner notifications remain unanswered for more than 14 days, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and a new winning ticket will be drawn. If a winning exhibitor notification remains unanswered for 14 days, but a winning retailer has responded, the winning retailer may select an alternate exhibitor. If a winning retailer notification remains unanswered, but a winning exhibitor responds, the winning exhibitor may select an alternate retailer. The Prize is not transferable; no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed except as may be determined by Madison Buyer in its sole discretion.
Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form (“the Form”) that : a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Madison Buyer, its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies and Advanstar Communications Inc. dba Pool Trade Show and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the “Release”) from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize; and b) authorizes the Madison Buyer and/or POOLTRADESHOW to use the winners’ names, likeness, photographs, and voices and biographical data for advertising purposes, unless prohibited by law. Prize will not be released until Madison Buyer receives all required documents. Failure of winner to return the Forms within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner.
PRIZE DELIVERY: Bike displayed at POOLTRADESHOW will be dismantled and shipped to the winning retailer or press person. Reassembly is the sole responsibility of the winner. However, Madison Buyer will provide a $40 prepaid credit card for credit towards reassembly at an establishment of winner’s choosing. Madison Buyer is assumes no liability and is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with acceptance or reassembly of the Prize. A second bike will be shipped to the winning exhibitor. Reassembly is the sole responsibility of the winner. However, Madison Buyer will provide a $40 prepaid credit card for credit towards reassembly at an establishment of winner’s choosing. Madison Buyer assumes no liability and is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with acceptance or reassembly of the Prize. Delivery process will begin upon receipt of affidavit and releases. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By entering the Giveaway, entrants release and hold harmless Madison Buyer and Advanstar Communications Inc. dba Pool Tradeshow, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, damage, claims or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any Prize won, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or taking delivery of the Prize, or any prize-related activity, and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize. Madison Buyer is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of Prizes. In the event Madison Buyer is prevented from continuing with this Giveaway, or the integrity, fairness, and/or feasibility of the Giveaway is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Madison Buyer’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Madison Buyer shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway without further obligation and, if so, Madison Buyer reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. Madison Buyer assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any error that may result in an erroneous appearance of qualification for a Prize. Madison Buyer is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment or software that results in loss of entry. Warning: any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any computerized site or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such attempt be made, Madison Buyer reserves the right to seek damage from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. All entries are the property of Madison Buyer and are not returnable. The laws of the State of Nevada (USA), without regard to its conflict of law rules, will govern these Terms. Any action relating to this giveaway shall be initiated only in the state and federal courts located in Nevada (USA). Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between or among the parties and any claims or causes of action arising out or connected with the Giveaway, any prize awarded or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Madison Buyer LLC, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
